ok let me start with this one:
A support Launcher module that is able to shoot a cargo container; like 160km in any direction. you could either use it as warp in; or supply your team with capbooster`s or ammo from distance.

oki how about a cooldown module; basicly you project this effect on yourself or another ship; so its not overheating so strong, but the more modules you overheat, the harder it is to cool down. ... you could also reverse the effect; to overheat a specific module of the enemy ship :-)

what i said is that it doest count; because i think that removing local is a very good idea; and the ideas in here have to be "clearly strange, not balanced, useless, or somehow just creatively different" (my definition for stupid in a non offending way)
Since Removing Local is something, that lots of players want already (including me), it doesnt count in the therms of the contest :-)
